One of Arden’s goals was to create an environment, called the Arden Riddle Museum and Gallery. Here, he could present examples of his work and people could contemplate the meaning of artisanship and expand their knowledge of craft furniture.

Though Arden was working toward this goal, his museum and gallery remained a dream at the time of his death at age 90.

To recognize this dream and make his furniture available for public viewing, the Arden Riddle Foundation has partnered with the Canton Museum of Art in Canton, Ohio.

The Canton Museum of Art holds the largest collection of Arden Riddle furniture to date. Arden’s furniture can be interacted with in the museum’s lobby and is enjoyed by staff members in museum offices.
