Arden’s cabinets are perhaps his most custom pieces. The majority of cabinets Arden produced were created for specific spaces in individual customers’ homes. These cabinets ranged in his sales records from “room divider”, “wall unit”, “display cabinet”, “server”, “console”, “hutch”, “record cabinet”, “hi-fi cabinet”, and “file cabinet”, to name a few. His cabinets were constructed of the highest quality materials, including solid hardwood and finished backs with matching high quality veneered fiberboard. Many cabinets also included unfilled Roman travertine stone tops, like on this C201 server.
